TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. VALIDITY

  • Quotation is valid for a period of 14 days from date of issue.
  • Prices is subjected to changes upon the expiry of the quotation.

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • Prices quoted is in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and is subjected to the Singapore prevailing Goods and Services tax (GST).
  • Full payment (100%) upon signing of quotation.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once quotation is signed. Any payment made is non-refundable.

3. DELIVERY

  • Confirmed delivery date and time is still subject to changes especially for indent and low stock items. Should there any changes, seller will inform the buyer as soon as possible and will not be held liable for any losses as a result of it.
  • Delivery is non-chargeable within Singapore and during normal delivery hours which is from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (excludes public holidays).
  • Charges will be applicable outside normal day and time.

4. DISPOSAL OF OLD UNITS

  • Additional charges will apply for the disposal of old units.
  • Seller has the rights not to dispose any old units if there is no prior arrangement made.

5. TERM OF PAYMENT

  • There is no refund policy once payment is made.

6. OTHERS

  • Ex-stock subjected to prior sales, otherwise 8 to 10 working weeks
  • For fabrication, approximately 4 to 6 working weeks
